WARRANTY

Falcone Roofing & Construction proudly stands behind the quality of our workmanship. This warranty is provided to the original property owner and covers labor associated with the installation of your new roof.

This 8-Year Labor Warranty covers defects in workmanship that result in roof leaks or installation-related failures, beginning on the date of roof installation completion. If a covered issue arises within the warranty period, we will repair the problem at no cost to the property owner.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by storms, hail, wind, falling debris, fire, flooding, or other acts of nature. It also does not cover damage caused by alterations, repairs, or work performed by anyone other than Falcone Roofing & Construction, nor normal aging, weathering, or wear and tear of roofing materials. Material defects are covered separately under the manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty is transferable one time to a new property owner within the 8-year period, provided written notice is given to us within 30 days of the property transfer.

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovering the problem. Claims should include a description of the issue and photos, if available. We will inspect the roof and determine if the issue is covered under this warranty.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited solely to the repair of labor-related defects. In no event shall Falcone Roofing & Construction be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
